Service to Society Fellow
Dorothy Villarreal

Dorothy Villarreal serves as the Phillips Brooks House Service to Society Fellow and works diligently to promote public service across Harvard College. She graduated from Harvard College in May 2015 with a degree in Government and a secondary in Ethnicity, Migration and Rights. Dorothy dreams of attending graduate school to learn more about how to better support students within higher education. As an undergraduate, Dorothy was involved with many of the Latinx organizations on campus, served on the Working Group for Diversity and Inclusion, as well as serving as a coordinator with the Undergraduate Minority Recruitment Program, among other programs. When she is not working, you'll find Dorothy happily stirring her creative juices through embroidery, watercolor, singing, and other outlets.  She enjoys learning about all types of history, and is particularly interested in US Latinx writers and their experience.  She is always happy to answer any questions about term-time and post-graduate public service opportunities over a good cup of tea.
