Harvard College is hosting our annual Public Service Recruiting Day on October 23, 2020, where members of the Class of 2021 will have the opportunity to interview with outstanding public service organizations including:
- Arabella Advisors
- City of Boston, Mayor's Office
- District Attorney of New York County
- Environmental Protection Agency
- Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
- Harvard Teacher Fellows
- Lead For America
- Michigan Legal Services/United Community Housing Coalition
- Peace Corps
- Princeton in Asia
- Princeton in Latin America
- San Francisco Fellows
- Urban Institute
This program is a bold effort to connect leading public service organizations with students to conduct one-on-one interviews with seniors and speak about post-graduate employment and fellowships. Students may submit applications to multiple organizations and must submit a unique resume and cover letter for each position.
For seniors interested in the public sector, this is an early opportunity to build relationships and identify exciting opportunities with potential employers. If selected to participate, students will need to be available between 10:00am and 4:00pm on October 23rd for interviews. Space is limited, and applications to participate must be submitted via Crimson Careers by 11:59pm on Wednesday, October 7th.
Pro-tip: if an organization hasn't listed a specific position/fellowship in their profile, focus your resume and cover letter on how your experiences and interests are a good fit for the organization’s mission.
