During her time at CPIC, Abby has planned events, re-imagined the summer syllabus, helped place interns across the US, and conducted numerous visits to new organizations on behalf of CPIC. Originally from Boston, Abby received her B.A. in Social Studies in 2011 from Harvard College and was instrumental in founding the Phillips Brooks House Association’s Advocacy/Organizing Workshop Series. Before joining CPIC, Abby worked as a research assistant on issues of linguistic preservation in Guatemala, and later that year at the intersection of women, development studies, and documentary film. She enjoys tea, exploring cities, cooking with friends, and anything related to the ocean.
