Alysha Johnson Williams served as the Director of Pathways to Practice programs for the department. In this role, Alysha oversaw several programs including the Mindich Service Fellows, Harvard Clubs Summer Community Service Fellowship Program, Public Service Recruiting Day, the Harvard Winnovation Program, and SPARK.  Alysha was responsible for building and sustaining community partnerships and relationships with alumni/ae across the country in order to provide students with professional opportunities in the public interest sector.  She graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Sociology and a secondary in African American Studies. As an undergraduate, she served as an Officer at the Phillips Brooks House Association and was a shot putter on the Varsity Track and Field team. Alysha has also worked as an education consultant in Boston and a network administrator for a charter school network in New York City.  Alysha graduated with a Master’s degree in Higher Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She also served as Resident Tutor in Quincy House, where she values the opportunity to learn from students and to share her experiences with her community. She enjoys being an active part of the Harvard community and loves to bake and make crafts.
