Caroline Choi
Caroline Choi is a sophomore in Dunster House pursuing a joint concentration in Computer Science and Government. She grew up in the Bay Area of California, moving around Berkeley, Albany, and Oakland before settling on Alameda Island. Focused on issues of climate justice and intersectionality, she has been working in the climate movement for over five years, doing everything from setting up mutual aid to striking to attending UN Climate Week. Over the summers, Caroline helped the City Planner expand public and affordable housing on their island. Outside of organizing, she volunteers with Chinatown Afterschool Program, is a part of the Harvard Design Collective, and writes for the Harvard Political Review. Caroline is super excited to expand public service opportunities to her peers as she, herself, benefited from volunteers who helped her own community when she was growing up.
