Emma Finn
Former First-Year Representative (2022-2023)
Emma Finn is a first-year in Hurlbut Hall (Crimson Yard) originally from New York City, though she's lived up and down the east coast. She is planning to pursue a double concentration in Classics and Economics. She is passionate about issues of criminal justice reform, education policy, and financial equity. She has engaged with education in the past as a tutor and teacher, working as a reading tutor to third graders in a New Hampshire public school, a volunteer ice-skating coach, and a counselor at a STEM camp. She also ran a club dedicated to making small loans to entrepreneurs in the developing world, which has made nearly $40,000 worth of loans to date. She also founded a club which volunteered with horses who had been neglected or abused. In addition, she was president of her school’s student service organization. Emma is so excited to help build awareness of service opportunities and work with you all!
