Soyoun (Soy) Choi is a sophomore in Quincy House pursuing a concentration in Bioengineering with a secondary in Economics. She comes from Melbourne, a beautiful beach town on the east coast of Florida. With a passion for egalitarian educational opportunities for all students, Soy hopes to reach out to underprivileged communities in the area with fellow council members and peers to instigate positive change. Furthermore, today’s global injustice of health disparities has pushed Soy to become interested in public service within the realm of healthcare and has brought her to read more about the concept of global health. In her free time, Soy truly enjoys playing golf, tennis, violin, and viola with friends and family. At Harvard, Soy is also part of the Undergraduate Council (UC), Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra (HRO), and Harvard Student Agencies (HSA).
