2026 City of Boston, Mayor's Office Public Service Fellow
The Harvard Presidential City of Boston Fellowship offers a graduating Harvard Senior the opportunity to spend one year working with the City of Boston as The Mayor’s Office Public Service Fellow.
The Fellow will join the Partnerships Office, which manages and advances relationships between the City and its robust set of anchor institutions. The team works with stakeholders to align strategic efforts and generate resources to support public-private partnerships across the city.

California State Affairs Fellowship
The Center for Public Service & Engaged Scholarship (CPSES) is pleased to announce the 2026 Harvard-Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) Fellowship with EDF’s Political Affairs Department in the State Affairs Program.
This year-long opportunity, offered specifically for a graduating Harvard senior, offers the chance to serve as a California State Affairs Fellow at EDF, one of the world’s top environmental organizations.
EDF fellowships provide recent graduates a unique opportunity to work directly with experts in science, law, economics, and other disciplines and make a direct impact while taking on the biggest environmental challenges of our time.
The California State Affairs Fellow will support EDF’s advocacy work in California, with specific focus on issues related to wildfire and insurance including resilience activities, utility policy and insurance products and policies.
Offered jointly by CPSES and EDF, this fellowship provides a Harvard College senior with substantive professional experience and a strong foundation for launching a career in environmental and public policy.
