Public Service Recruiting: Class of 2026

Public Service Recruiting - Class of 2026

Public Service Recruiting is a year-round collaboration between the Center for Public Service and Engaged Scholarship, the Harvard Global Health Institute, the Institute of Politics, and the Mignone Center for Career Success to create pathways for graduating seniors and recent graduates to pursue public service work.

Class of 2026 Public Service Recruiting Day

Through Public Service Recruiting Day, Harvard College seniors will have the opportunity to interview with outstanding public service organizations. Participating organizations will conduct a variety of interview types, ranging from informational interviews about the organization to first round interviews for specific roles.

For questions and additional information, please contact the MCS Recruiting Team at recruiting@fas.harvard.edu

For seniors interested in the public sector, this is an early opportunity to build relationships and identify exciting opportunities with potential employers. If selected to participate, students will need to be available between 10:00am and 4:00pm on October 24th for interviews. Students who will graduate in December 2025 are welcome to apply this year, but students graduating in December 2026 should plan to apply for next year's event.

Pro-tip: if an organization hasn't listed a specific position/fellowship in their profile, focus your resume on how your experiences and interests are a good fit for the organization’s mission.

The table below lists key programs and deadlines for additional post-graduate public service work (links will take you to relevant application processes).
