As Manager of Student Development and Evaluation, Lauren engages directly with undergraduate students who work across 80+ public service outreach programs across Boston and Cambridge. She oversees a variety of training and reflection opportunities run through the Buttenwieser Public Service Academy. Lauren is also responsible for spearheading the data collection and evaluation of PBHA programs. Prior to joining PBHA, Lauren taught 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts and Social Studies. Additionally, she previously worked on the FAS major gifts team at Alumni Affairs and Development. Lauren received her Ed.M. degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and her B.A. degree from Boston College.
